A3: Yes, sample order can be arranged, please also let us know your express your account or we will arrange it with freight collect. MOQ depends on the items but normally 2000pcs is the minimum.

A4: Usually we need 25-30 days to complete order from the signature contract to the shipment, but we also keep a reasonable stock data in case of emergency.
Q5: Do you have CE or OEM certificate?
A5: We have both CE/ OEM registration number now and, solid documentation are not needed for CLASS I Medical Device. A lot of containers are shipped smoothly to EU countries and USA.
