This is the hilarious moment an exasperated cat owner filmed her 'trapped' moggy trying to jump over a stair gate while ignoring the hole right in the middle of it.
Kayla Delcoure, 29, was watching TV at home in Atlanta, Georgia, on April 20 when she heard yowling coming from her ginger Maine coon Gizmo upstairs.
Hilarious footage shows the owner finding Gizmo standing at the top of the stairs apparently 'stuck' behind a safety gate.

Having been coaxed towards Kayla, Gizmo looks directly through a bespoke 'door' his owner had made before trying and failing to climb over the barrier, and then giving up.
Kayla said: 'We have the gate to make sure our three-year-old son doesn't use the stairs without supervision. Funnily enough, it's not new at all.
'My five-year-old son and I were downstairs watching TV when I heard Gizmo yowling at the top of the stairs.
'He was outside my office door yelling, because he wanted to go in my office to chew on my plants and antagonize my fish.
'When I went upstairs to tell him to hush, he walked back over to me like he was going to come downstairs to play.
'For some reason he tried climbing over the gate instead of going through the hole that we specifically cut out for the cats to use. I had to climb up to show him how to use it.

'Gizmo does weird things very frequently. It's part of what makes him so hilarious to watch.
'I was amused, confused and impressed with his ability to still surprise me with his goofiness.'
And it's not the first time Gizmo has caused problems for his owner.
At the end of March he was filmed stopping Kayla from clearing away his play tunnel by constantly diving into it as she desperately tried to fold it away.
The tunnel has four connecting burrows which Gizmo was seen dashing between as Ms Delcoure hopelessly tried to bundle up each section.
At one point in the footage Ms Delcoure picked Gizmo up out of the tunnel and put him down next to it, only for him to dive into another section.
Hilarious footage shows seven-year-old Gizmo diving into the tunnel as soon as his owner Kayla Delcoure, 29, tries to tidy it from her living room in California
The family shares videos of Gizmo on TikTok and have three other cats, Bruce, Arya and Luna, all of whom have their own unique personality, Ms Delcoure says.
Arya is the eldest of the foursome at 12, Gizmo is seven, followed by Bruce, five, and Luna, two.
Kayla said, 'Gizmo is a wild child, he is extremely playful and enjoys wrestling with his other cat housemates.
'He's also obsessed with curtains and attacking his own tail. He's extremely vocal and super cuddly.'
